Customer Support & Tickets

Submit subscription, connection, billing, and refund questions through your account dashboard. Sign in to view replies or add details to your existing ticket.

Contact Options & Response Times

Support is currently available through tickets in the account dashboard. No email address or Telegram contact is provided on this page. Submit your question through the dashboard and check back for a reply.

Tickets are best for issues that require checking account, order, or connection details. Response times depend on the complexity of the issue and the support queue; no fixed turnaround time is promised. Check your ticket status after submitting. If more information is needed, reply in the same ticket to keep the full context together.

What to Include in Your Ticket

Describe the issue first, then add relevant details. Never share your account password, full subscription URL, access token, or sensitive payment credentials.

Connection & Access Issues

Include your platform, the route name and mode shown in your client, and roughly when the issue occurred. Clarify whether the client cannot connect or the destination service is inaccessible after connecting, and quote the exact error message. If you’ve tried switching routes or re-importing your subscription, describe what you did and what happened. Before sharing screenshots, hide your subscription URL and personal information.

Subscriptions & Using Your Client

Tell us where you’re getting stuck: signing in to the dashboard, viewing your subscription, getting a client, importing a configuration, or checking your connection. VPNLM supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions from the account dashboard after signing in. For the basics, see the Getting Started Guide; if you still need help, include the exact message shown on screen.

Orders, Billing & Refunds

Include the relevant order number, payment method, and order status shown in your dashboard. Tell us whether the payment hasn’t appeared, you have a question about plan traffic, or you’re requesting a refund. We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the Refund Policy. Submit refund requests and follow up through a support ticket.

Support Ticket FAQ

Do I need to open another ticket after submitting one?
For the same issue, add details to your existing ticket. Separate tickets can split up error messages, troubleshooting steps, and order information, making it harder to review everything together. If you have a different issue, submit it separately and use a clear, specific subject line.
How do I access the dashboard without an account?
VPNLM doesn’t require an email address. Create an account with a username and password. Start from the Start Free Trial link to access the dashboard, then go to the support ticket section.
What information should I provide if a service is inaccessible?
Include the service name, whether you’re using its website or app, the route you selected, the error message, and when it occurred. The service’s regional rules or account status may also affect access. In your ticket, describe the connection result separately from the message shown by the service. Don’t share the service password or access key.
