AI Tools and cross-border access
VPNLM is a subscription service for cross-border connectivity, designed for people who use AI tools, remote collaboration platforms and streaming services. We explain route options, device connections and billing clearly, so you can choose a setup based on how you use it—not just a route’s region label.
VPNLM supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices. Access to AI services still depends on each service’s regional rules, your account status and the service’s availability. A network connection does not guarantee eligibility to use a particular service.
Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on access to your target service, connection stability and when you use it. IEPL, transit and direct connections follow different paths. Route type is a useful starting point, but test performance on your own network. When using AI tools, keep the exit location consistent first, then check that streamed output arrives in full.
If you have connection issues, submit a support ticket through the dashboard with the target service, client platform, selected route and error message. First determine whether the issue is with your local network, the route or the target service, then troubleshoot accordingly. See the plans page for billing and upgrade details. No-Logs Policy and Data Minimization
VPNLM follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service operations follow data-minimization principles. No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are enough.
When submitting a support ticket, share only the information needed to troubleshoot. Do not include passwords, subscription links or access keys; redact credentials from screenshots first.
