DEVICES / COVERAGE
Devices and international routes
Unlimited simultaneous devices, with coverage across 110+ countries / 240+ routes. You can include your computer and other regular devices in the same usage plan; adding a device alone does not mean you need a higher tier. Route coverage describes the available network options, not identical service content on every website in every region.
PLATFORMS / ACCOUNT
Platforms and account access
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Get clients and subscription access through the user dashboard. Sign in to retrieve your subscription; available client links depend on your plan status. Keep your username and password secure. For setup steps, see the Guides.
SECURITY / SUPPORT
Encryption and support
Military-grade encryption helps protect your connection, and the 30-day no-questions-asked refund gives you recourse after purchase. For billing, connection, or order issues, submit a ticket through the user dashboard so support can review the relevant order and details. Include when the issue occurred, your client platform, and any error message. Do not include your password or full subscription link in the ticket.
AI tools and streaming: what to expect
Web-based AI tools, streaming responses, collaboration software, and streaming services are common cross-border use cases. Plans provide a network connection and a set data allowance; membership benefits, account status, and regional rules are determined by each destination service. A higher data tier cannot replace an account with that service, and successful access once does not guarantee ongoing access to every service.
When access fails, distinguish between a connection issue, a regional restriction from the destination service, and an account-permission issue. For connection problems, check your client platform and route selection; for account or content access, review the destination service’s requirements. For AI setup differences, see the AI access guide; for route options, visit the servers page.
